Nuclear Toolkit

Nuclear Toolkit is an offline engineering reference and calculator for nuclear professionals and students. No account, login, or network connection is required — all datasets are bundled with the app.

The app performs radiation dose and shielding calculations. It is an engineering reference tool, not a medical device, and is not intended for patient diagnosis or treatment. A persistent disclaimer appears on every calculator screen stating it is for educational and reference purposes and is not a substitute for qualified health physics or nuclear engineering analysis.

All nuclear data comes from public authorities and is attributed on-screen: IAEA Nuclear Data Services (NUBASE2020, AME2020, ENSDF), NIST Standard Reference Database 126, and PubChem (NIH). Formulas cite Lamarsh & Baratta and Duderstadt & Hamilton with section numbers.

No in-app purchases in this version. No user-generated content, no social features. There is a Tip Jar which would be appreciated. Anonymous usage analytics only, disclosed in the in-app privacy policy.
