JoPDA is the waiter handheld for restaurants, cafes and bars running JustOrder. Staff take orders at the table and send them straight to the kitchen, without walking back to the till.

WHAT IT DOES

• Floor plan: see every table at a glance, occupied or free, with the running total on each table.
• Take orders at the table: browse the branch menu by category, add sizes, add-ons and meal options, and leave a note for the kitchen.
• Send to kitchen: orders reach the kitchen display and printers instantly.
• Bill and payment: view the bill, split it by item, add a tip and record cash or card payment.
• Gift cards: sell a gift card and send it to the recipient by email.
• Settings: branch details, printer selection and test print, language (English and Turkish), app version and device reset behind a supervisor PIN.

BUILT FOR SERVICE JoPDA shares the same table and order system as the JustOrder POS terminal and waiter tablet, so a table opened on one device is up to date on all of them. Everything is live: a payment taken at the till clears the table on the handheld straight away.

WHO IT IS FOR JoPDA is a staff tool. Accounts are created by the restaurant operator in the JustOrder admin panel and the handheld is paired to a single branch during a one-time setup. There is no public sign-up.
