Mole is a calm, local-first place for notes that need room to grow. Write the main idea once, select any passage, and open a connected thread without cluttering the original note. A thread can hold your own writing, an AI conversation, or another focused thread. READ FIRST, EDIT WHEN YOU WANT Notes are stored as Markdown and shown as clean, rendered pages by default. Tap edit whenever you want to work with the Markdown source. THREADS THAT KEEP THEIR CONTEXT Every thread stays attached to the passage that started it. Use nested threads when a detail needs its own side path, then return to the main note without losing your place. TURN CONVERSATIONS INTO NOTES Start with an AI conversation, review the generated Markdown, and turn it into a reusable note. Continue the same conversation later and update that note instead of creating duplicates. LOCAL-FIRST BY DEFAULT Your notes, conversations, and threads are stored on your device. Remote AI processing is optional, clearly disclosed, and requires your permission before selected content leaves the device.
