iWerbo Voice is the mobile softphone for the iWerbo phone system. An employee signs in and is then reachable on their extension, even while the app is closed. The phone system itself runs on company premises: calls, numbers and recordings never leave your own infrastructure.

CALLING

• Take and place calls, even while the app is closed
• Incoming calls appear in the system call screen - answer from the lock screen
• Keypad for extensions and external numbers
• Hold, mute, speaker, DTMF tones
• Transfer blind or with consultation
• Open a conference, pull participants in and drop them again

QUEUES

• Log in and out, set and clear pause
• See which queues you are a member of
• Automatic login is shown, not guessed

DIRECTORY AND CALL HISTORY

• Every extension of the phone system with name, area and availability
• Call with a single tap
• Your own call history with direction, duration and outcome
• Missed calls are highlighted and returned with one tap

VOICEMAIL

• Listen to messages without dialling into the phone system
• Read the transcript where the phone system provides one
• Open callbacks kept separately, oldest first, with a done marker

AVAILABILITY

• Set do not disturb - with the phone system's own wording, not our claim about it
• Choose how you are notified about new messages
• Pick the app's ringtone, or silence it

WITHOUT A USER ACCOUNT

• Usable with plain SIP credentials too, several at the same time
• Every account carries a name: you see which phone is ringing and choose which one you call from

SECURITY

• Sign-in through iWerbo Identity Management including two-factor authentication
• Credentials are kept in the iOS keychain only
• Encrypted connections throughout (TLS, WSS, SRTP)
• No advertising, no tracking, no sharing of data with third parties
