HapLab is a haptics laboratory for iPhone: try the full vocabulary of the Core Haptics engine, combine it freely, and save what feels right. A design tool for people who build apps — and a playground for anyone who loves a good click.

• Perform intensity and sharpness in real time on an XY surface
• Three modes: TAP (one hit), STREAM (sustained), BURST (repeats at 2–40 Hz)

• 44 samples that move one parameter at a time: intensity, sharpness, texture, envelopes, curves, rhythm

• 12 presets: heartbeat, raindrops, engine, glass, alarm and more
• Open one, tweak it, save it as your own (free plan saves up to 3)

• Toggle screen flash, glow, particles, torch (real LED) and synth sounds one by one

Haptic playback requires an iPhone with a Taptic Engine. The simulator and some older models cannot play haptics.
