HOW A SESSION WORKS

1. Pick a conversation. Eight realistic workplace scenarios, from a slipped deadline to a former peer who skips your sign-off, each with a short briefing and a clear goal.

2. Say it out loud. A voice session runs up to ten minutes. You can interrupt, push back, and change course, just like in a real conversation. Prefer to type? There is a text mode too.

3. Read your feedback. After every session you get a structured report built from your own words: two things that worked, one or two places to push further, and a ready-to-say line for next time. Every point is tied to an exact quote from your transcript, never vague praise.
