88plate OM is the in-restaurant Order Manager for 88plate. Kitchen and counter staff use it on a dedicated iPhone or iPad to run pickup orders — not a consumer ordering app.

See new orders as they come in. Confirm, print tickets, mark food ready, and handle pickup. Pair the device with a 6-character code from your 88plate dashboard. No staff accounts in the app.

Works with LAN kitchen printers. Bluetooth Star and Epson printers are supported when configured. New-order alerts use a custom sound when the ringer is on.
