A SHIFT, START TO SYNC Clock in by typing an operator ID or name, or scan an ID badge. Pick a site and route, with point counts shown before you commit. Walk the route with a live Done / Left / Total count. Every completed checkpoint is written to the device the instant it is answered. Sync at the end of shift over local Wi-Fi or FTP, in one pass that uploads your transactions and refreshes your data files.

CHECKPOINT QUESTIONS, CONFIGURED PER POINT A fire extinguisher, a badge-controlled door, and an equipment tag do not need the same question. FlexPatrol supports Yes/No, multiple choice, numeric with high/low range checks, multi-select, free text, asset barcode scan, lookup lists, and signature capture. Conditional jump logic routes to the right follow-up automatically.

EVIDENCE ON THE SPOT Attach a photo to any checkpoint. Scan an asset barcode with the camera, an external wedge scanner, or by hand. Tap an NFC checkpoint tag to confirm presence. Out-of-range readings prompt before they save, and no point is skipped without a reason.

BUILT TO NOT LOSE THE SHIFT Suspend and resume any time. A radio call, a dead battery, or a shift handoff never forces a route to restart. Even a fully closed app reopens exactly where it left off. Completion writes to disk immediately, so killing the app never loses data.

FITS THE SYSTEM YOU ALREADY RUN Transaction output is byte-compatible with the format your FlexSystems back office already parses, so you adopt it with no server-side changes. Provision a device in one scan: a QR code or NFC tag from the admin app applies sync, location, and camera settings instantly.
