ABOUT THE FOUNDATION The Bagrat Shinkuba Foundation carries the name of a poet, linguist and statesman who spent a lifetime proving that a small language can hold a whole world. UNESCO lists Abkhazian as vulnerable. We build digital tools that keep it spoken, read and heard — from a child's first letters to a poet's collected works.
