JiaAn Care: Family Care

JiaAn Care helps families, mutual-aid groups, and caregivers coordinate everyday safety and care on iPhone and iPad, with optional Android Chrome access for caregivers. A group can be used without creating a patient or care recipient.

FOR EVERYONE • One-tap “I need help” sends an SOS to every approved group joined on that device, with a clear false-alarm cancellation action • “I’m OK,” “I feel unwell,” and pictogram-based everyday needs • Multiple independent groups on one device

FOR FAMILY AND CAREGIVERS • Structured medication, meal, hydration, sleep, exercise, mood, vital-sign, hygiene, and other care records • Timeline, announcements, tasks, shift handoffs, and visible authorship • A separate emergency card for each group member, with quick selections and a medical-summary PDF • QR invitations, owner-assigned roles and permissions, optional care recipients, and transferable ownership • Optional consent-based caregiver-phone geofence during an agreed shift • Care needs displayed and spoken in the caregiver’s chosen language

PRIVACY Care, health, location, photos, private fields and free text are encrypted on-device before synchronization. The service processes member display names, random member/device identifiers and functional SOS, claim and resolution event records. Push notifications may contain the requester's display name and event reference, not medical content or coordinates; lock-screen display depends on device settings. These data support app functionality, not advertising tracking. Family keys are kept on invited devices; secure-vault documents remain on their Apple device. Notifications are not guaranteed. Without connectivity, others cannot be notified; delivery is retried after connectivity returns. Location is optional and requires informed consent.

This release does not directly connect to home security cameras, HomeKit sensors, Apple Watch or emergency services. JiaAn Care is not a medical device or a guaranteed emergency service. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.
