Search for specific items like funnel cake, lemonade, or handmade jewelry and find exactly who's selling it. Browse all vendors by category — food, crafts, clothing, and more. Get turn-by-turn map directions straight to any vendor's location so you never waste time wandering. And check out the Featured Business of the day to discover something new.

No account needed. Just open the app, select your event, and start exploring.

For Vendors:

Fair Friend gives your business the visibility it deserves. Set up your listing in minutes — add your business name, description, category, photos, and contact information. List your menu items or products so customers can find you by what you sell, not just who you are. Pin your exact location on the fairground map so customers can navigate straight to your booth.

Apply to events directly through the app and get notified when your application is reviewed. Manage your business from anywhere — update your description, add new items, and keep your listing current throughout the event.

Basic listings are completely free. Vendors who want more visibility can upgrade to Premium for priority placement in customer search results, up to 10 photos, unlimited menu items with descriptions, and a longer business description.

Want maximum visibility? Inquire about a Featured Spot and put your business at the very top of the customer home screen for a full time slot.

For Fair Organizers:

Fair Friend is designed to work alongside your existing systems — not replace them. The platform is free for both customers and vendors. A dedicated admin portal gives organizers full control over business approvals, photo reviews, featured spot scheduling, and vendor management. If you don't see your event listed, it may not be participating yet — but we're growing.
