EmployGuard Worker is the mobile app for employees whose company uses EmployGuard for workforce compliance and time tracking.

The app gives workers direct access to their own profile, documents, tasks, notifications and working-time information from one central place.

MAIN FEATURES

• Personal worker profile View your personal and employment-related information and update permitted profile fields directly from the app.

• Document management Upload and manage your own documents, such as residence permits, passports, work authorizations, A1 certificates and other required records.

• Document status and expiry information See when a document is valid, missing, awaiting review or approaching expiry.

• Tasks and employer requests Receive and complete tasks from your employer, such as uploading a new document or completing missing profile information.

• Notifications Receive important notifications about expiring documents, missing information, open tasks and relevant time-tracking issues.

• NFC and QR time tracking Where enabled by your employer, EmployGuard Worker supports fast time tracking using EmployGuard Site Tags.

A worker can tap an authorized NFC Site Tag or scan the corresponding QR code to record a time event through the EmployGuard backend.

• Working time overview View your own working-time records, including clock-in, breaks, clock-out and previous working days.

• Break and open-shift reminders EmployGuard can notify you when your recorded working time may require attention, for example if a break or clock-out may be missing.

• Correction requests If a working-time entry needs to be corrected, workers can submit a correction request for review by their employer.

ONE ACCOUNT — WEB AND MOBILE

Your EmployGuard Worker account can be used both in the mobile app and in the EmployGuard Worker Web Portal.

Profile information, documents, tasks and working-time records use the same EmployGuard account and backend data.

ACCESS

EmployGuard Worker is intended for workers who have been invited and authorized by a company using EmployGuard.

Public worker registration is not available.
