Most men have already said yes. At a men's breakfast, on a retreat, in a conversation that mattered at the time. Then the week arrives with its own list, and the agreement quietly becomes the memory of an agreement.

The Challenge App does the small, unglamorous part. It names what today asks of you, puts it in front of the same handful of men who are being asked it too, and keeps count.

THE DAILY CHALLENGE The same four things every morning, so the question is never what today asks of you — only whether you did it.

• SOAP: read the day's chapters and work them through. Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer.
• Pray for every man in your group, by name.
• Two more your leader names for the whole group. Mondays add a fifth: the 6am call. Points land as you check things off — 50 on an ordinary day, 100 on a Monday, 400 for a full week.

THE READING PLAN Two chapters every morning, in order, straight through the Bible. The plan is a function of the date, so everyone opens the app and lands on the same chapter — no enrolment, nothing to configure. The complete World English Bible is built into the app, so the reading works on a plane with no signal. Chapter-by-chapter audio narration streams free if you would rather listen on the drive.

THE THREAD One conversation for your whole group. Photos, video and files, @mentions and reactions. The photo off the whiteboard, the plan for the week, and the morning somebody says the reading was heavy today — all in the same place you check in.

THE BOARD Points as they are earned, re-sorted live. Your group has its own standings, and the groups run against each other too. Sunday it resets and every man starts the week level again.

THE LIBRARY Level 1: The Making of a Man and Level 2: The Making of a Disciple, a chapter at a time, each one ending in questions worth sitting with. Level 3: The Making of a Leader is on the way.

YOUR STREAK Every day you show up counts, and the count is the only thing being measured.

WHAT WE BELIEVE Growth is communal. Nobody in Scripture is discipled alone, and nobody here is either. Daily beats intense. Four small things every morning for a year will outrun something enormous twice a year. Scripture first. The reading plan is not a supplement to the challenges. It is the first one. Honesty is specific. "I'm doing okay" is not accountability. A name, a number and a date are.

These are the app's operating convictions, not a statement of faith — that one belongs to your church, not to a piece of software.

HOW TO GET IN The Challenge is unlocked by a registration code from your church. If you have one, register with it; if you don't, ask your group leader. Nothing is sold inside the app. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
