FiveStarJob is a SaaS platform for field service businesses of any size and trade — appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contracting, and other companies that dispatch technicians to the customer.

Instead of juggling disconnected tools, one system covers the job lifecycle: customers, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, and the details of every job.

This iOS app is the technician workspace for companies that already use FiveStarJob. In the field you can: • See job details, schedule, and customer information • Use the dispatch map and GPS so the office can coordinate the day • Take job photos • Collect payments (card and Tap to Pay where your company has enabled them) • Sign in with your company technician account

The platform is built for service business owners, office managers, technicians, and accounting staff. Access is by company account only — not a public consumer marketplace, and it does not sell subscriptions inside the app.

Location is used for the dispatch map and optional GPS tracking on the way to jobs. Camera and microphone are used only when you take job photos or use voice features.
