ShowReady takes three exposures of every angle — one dark, one normal, one bright — and combines them into a single finished photo. The window keeps its view instead of blowing out white. The corners of the room stay bright instead of going black. It is the same technique a professional uses, running on the phone already in your pocket.

SEE IT BEFORE YOU SHOOT ANYTHING

The app includes two complete listings, every room, shown before and after. Tap any photo to see exactly what the phone took before it was edited. Both were shot on an iPhone 13 — one on a tripod, one handheld — so you can judge the work rather than take our word for it.

HOW IT WORKS

Start a listing. Walk the house and shoot each room. The app waits until the phone is level and still before it fires, holds focus deep so the whole room is sharp, and shows you how far off level you are while you frame.

When you are done, review the shoot and send it. You pay the price you were quoted, and your finished photos are emailed to you when they are ready.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

Straightened verticals, corrected lens distortion, and the view held through every window. Uneven exposure evened out. And if you turn up in a bathroom mirror — which you will — we remove you, reflection, hands and shadow. There is nowhere else to stand in most bathrooms, so shoot it from wherever the room looks best.

Every delivery also includes a set sized 2048 x 1536, which is what most MLS systems ask for, so you are not resizing anything by hand.

IF SOMETHING COMES BACK WRONG

Every finished photo has one link under it. A photo that came out soft can be re-edited from a single frame. A room whose colour looks off can be re-run warmer or cooler. And anything else reaches a person who will look at it and reply.

WHAT IT COSTS

One photo is $5. Two are $10. From 3 to 5 photos it is $15 for the shoot, and the rate falls the more you shoot — 10 photos is $23, 20 is $40, 40 is $66, down to $1.50 a photo at 50.

You pay after you upload, never before, and the price never changes after you have seen it. Nothing is charged while you are shooting.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY SHOOT

Replace a grey sky, black out televisions, light the fireplaces and green up the lawn. Chosen once for the whole shoot, at no extra charge, and all off unless you turn them on.

BUILT FOR A WORKING DAY

Shoot several houses back to back and upload when you have signal. An upload that stops picks up where it left off — nothing is sent twice and nothing is paid for twice. Pause it if you need the connection for something else.

There is a shot list so nothing gets missed, a room-by-room guide showing where to stand in each space, a guide to every camera control, and answers to the questions agents actually ask.

ABOUT YOUR PHOTOS

Your photos stay yours. We use them to produce your finished set and nothing else — never for advertising, never sold, never shown to anyone but you. Originals are deleted after 14 days and finished photos after 28, so save them somewhere of your own when they arrive.

You can delete your account, and everything attached to it, from inside the app.
