Know who is calling. No ads.
Idyno tells you who is calling before you answer.
A name appears while your phone rings, unwanted callers get blocked, and any number can be
looked up in seconds. Arabic and English, both built properly — the whole interface flips
direction, it is not a translation pasted onto an English layout.
WHO IS CALLING — ANSWERED WHILE IT RINGS
Idyno identifies incoming calls from a database on your device, so the name appears immediately
without waiting on a network. Confirmed nuisance callers are blocked before they reach you.
TYPE A NUMBER ANY WAY YOU LIKE
0512345678, +966512345678, 966512345678, 00966512345678, with spaces, with dashes, with
brackets, or in Arabic-Indic digits — every one of them gives the same result. Idyno detects
your country from your SIM before the first screen, so you never start by choosing anything.
Copied a number somewhere else? A single tap pastes it.
EVERY RECORDED NAME, IN ONE LIST
A number is often saved under several names. Subscribers see them all, with how many people recorded each one; a free search shows the top name. We never show you who uploaded a name. It
exists for compliance and abuse prevention, stays behind an audit log in our internal systems,
and is not in anything the app receives.
DELETE YOUR NUMBER — FREE, INSTANT, NO ACCOUNT
Open the Privacy tab, continue with WhatsApp, send the prepared message, then return to see
exactly what we hold about it. Then delete it. It happens automatically in under a minute, with
no human approval and no fee, and the number enters a permanent list that keeps it out even if
others upload it later. You can also just hide it, or correct the name. Also at
https://idyno.app/en/delete-my-number — no app needed.
NO ADS.
There is no advertising library anywhere in this app — it is a product decision we do not
intend to revisit. We do not sell or rent your data.
WE DO NOT READ YOUR CALL LOG OR YOUR CLIPBOARD
Idyno builds its own call history from the calls it identifies. It never reads the system call
log. It can tell that a phone number is sitting in your clipboard without reading what is in
there, and the contents are only ever read when you tap paste.
HOW THE DATABASE IS BUILT
Idyno runs on what its users contribute, the way every caller ID service does. Manual lookup
therefore asks you to share your address book first. Sharing is optional. You can delete shared data anytime. With the campaign enabled, eligible contacts receive one WhatsApp invitation with an opt-out, disclosed before sharing.
Sharing is never required for caller identification, blocking, or deletion and the privacy
centre. Deletion, the privacy centre and spam reports never cost anything and never require
anything — no sharing, no subscription, no account. Caller identification and unlimited search
are part of the subscription after the first month.
YOUR DATA STAYS IN YOUR REGION
We run two independent regions with separate databases, keys and backups — Riyadh and
Frankfurt. Your region is set once from your number's country code, and your personal data does
not move between them.
PRICING
The first month is a free trial from the App Store: fully free, one per Apple Account, cancel
any time, and your card is not charged before it ends. After that Idyno costs a small yearly
subscription priced for your country, which unlocks unlimited search and caller ID. Without a
subscription after the first month: three searches a month. No ads either way.
BUILT FOR ARABIC PROPERLY
Full right-to-left layout, not mirrored text on a left-to-right screen. Latin digits in phone
fields in both languages, because that is what a phone number looks like. Instant language
switching from inside the app. Screen reader, larger text, higher contrast and reduced motion
are supported and tested, not assumed.
