SoundSee

Audio Description and synced captions for Indian cinema - play them through your headphones alongside the film on any screen, in the cinema or at home.

SoundSee delivers Audio Description (AD) and synced closed captions for independent films in Indian languages - playing privately through your headphones while the film plays on any screen: a theatre, TV, laptop, or streaming service.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose a film in the app and download its audio track in your preferred language.
2. Start the film on any screen - TV, laptop, an OTT platform, anywhere.
3. Tap Play in SoundSee at the same moment, and hear the description or dialogue through your headphones, perfectly in sync.

FEATURES • Audio Description narrates the on-screen action for blind and low-vision viewers, in your preferred language. • Closed captions play synced with the film, or download the .srt file directly. • Works with any screen - no special hardware or app integration needed on the film side. • Offline-ready: download once, play anytime.

ARE YOU A FILMMAKER? Share your film with Audio Description and captions. Our team reviews every submission and publishes it to SoundSee once it's ready.

SoundSee is built to make independent Indian cinema accessible to everyone, everywhere.
