BUILT AROUND HOW SITE WORK ACTUALLY GOES

Geofencing per workplace. Draw a radius around a site and decide what an off-site clock-in means for your business: allowed, allowed but flagged with the distance recorded in metres, or refused outright.

Break rules that apply themselves. Set the break once — paid or unpaid, and only on days long enough to have earned one — and stop arguing about it.

Auto clock-out for the shift somebody forgot to end, so a fourteen-hour day never reaches payroll.

An audit trail as standard. Requested times sit beside clocked times until somebody rules on them, and every edit records who made it and which fields moved. Clocked hours never quietly change underneath anyone.

ABOUT LOCATION TeamTicks uses location to confirm that a clock-in happened at the workplace. One position is recorded at clock-in and one at clock-out. The app does not follow anyone between those two moments — there is no continuous tracking, and no location is collected while a shift is simply running.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER TeamTicks is a workplace tool rather than a personal timer. A business is set up first and an administrator adds their people, who then sign in with their work email address and a password. Companies that would rather not hand out email addresses can switch on sign-in by phone number, and their people receive a code by text instead.
