Kruday — Staff App

Kruday is the app your company gives you for everything work-related — so the things you used to chase over chat, paper forms and noticeboards live in one place on your phone.

You do not sign yourself up. Your employer sets up your account, and you sign in with the phone number or email they registered.

CLOCK IN AND OUT One tap to start your day and one to end it. Each punch records the time and where you were, with an optional remark such as "client site". Punches made without signal upload themselves later, so a weak connection never costs you a record.

LEAVE AND TIME-OFF See what you have left, apply in a few taps, and watch the request until it is approved. Off-in-lieu credits — for the public holiday you worked — appear alongside annual and sick leave, and are spent the same way.

CALENDAR Company events, workshops and meetings on a month, day, 3-day or week view. Accept or decline invitations, book a seat while seats remain, and check in when you arrive. Anyone can schedule a meeting: pick colleagues, and only they see it. Meetings and events can repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

PRIVATE REMINDERS Note something to yourself — a form to submit, medicine to take — and your phone rings at the time you set. Nobody else ever sees it, your employer included.

PAY AND PERKS Payslips and bonuses as your company records them, and staff offers you redeem with a code.

MESSAGES Company notices and conversations with colleagues, with mentions, pinned threads and read state.

DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD A card that is always current — share it by link or QR code, and it updates itself when your title does. No reprints.

TRAINING, MEMBERSHIPS AND ACCESS Apply for courses and track the decision, carry your club and membership cards, and open doors with a QR code that changes every minute — so a screenshot of it is useless to anyone.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT RESPECT YOU Reminders before events, a nudge if you forget to clock out, and news when something needs you. Under Settings you choose how they reach you: on this phone, to your inbox, or both.

BUILT FOR SMALL COMPANIES No advertising, no analytics tracking, no selling anything about you. Each company's data sits in its own separate database. Your colleagues see your name, title and card — never your pay, your leave or where you have been.
