COORDIN8: Group Plans

Every group chat has a plan nobody booked. COORDIN8 finds the day you are all free, picks a real place, and gets everyone to actually show up.

Everyone agrees. Someone asks about Thursday. Three people answer, two of them "maybe", and the plan dies in the group chat like every one before it.

COORDIN8 gets it out. It finds the day your group is genuinely all free, puts a real place in it, and settles it while everyone still cares.

WHY PLANS DIE, AND WHAT THIS DOES INSTEAD

Nobody knows when everyone is free. Asking takes days, and by the time the answers are in, the day has gone. COORDIN8 already knows - everyone blocks out their usual week once, and the overlap is just there.

Nobody wants to pick the place. So it picks: real venues near you, open that night, with ratings and directions. Not a list to argue about - a starting point to say yes to.

One person never answers. Plans do not wait on them. Everyone else votes, the day locks in, and the stragglers get told where to be.

1. Block out your usual week once - work, class, the gym. One minute.
2. Say what you fancy and who with.
3. See the days you are all actually free, and the hours that overlap.
4. Pick one. Real places come with it.
5. Everyone votes. It settles.
6. It lands on everyone's calendar.

YOUR FRIENDS DO NOT NEED THE APP

Send anyone a link. They tap their days in a browser - no account, no download

• and their answers come back to you. One person with the app is enough to get a whole group out.

WHAT YOUR FRIENDS CAN SEE

Whether you are free, and between which hours. That is the entire list.

Never the title of an event. Never the place. Never who it is with. If your calendar says "Dentist, 2:00-3:30", your friends see "Busy 2:00-3:30". The contents of your calendar never leave your phone.

Days you have not answered show as unknown, not free - so you are never put forward for a night you did not agree to.
