Reflect. Connect. Touch.
Make every day better, from your soul to those that truly matter.
Stay connected without words, no matter the distance.
Keep the people you love closer.
You text. They say fine. And neither of you really knows how the other has been — not where they are, how they are. SoulDay is for that.
Share your soul with a small circle: your partner, your parents, the friend you keep meaning to call. Each of you sees how the others actually are — the word they chose for their state and the feeling underneath it, as those change day to day, and what they are working toward. Nobody has to open with "how are you" and mean it as a real question. It is already there.
YOUR SOUL
Two taps a day — how you are, and the feeling underneath — and your soul takes shape: a slow, living thing with a colour, a form and a motion of its own, lighter on some days and heavier on others, and unlike anyone else's. Open it whenever you like and there you are, as you are today. It outlines itself in language too, as a daily message and a short essay. Not advice, and never a verdict — a few lines that say what this stretch has actually been like from the inside, as though someone had been paying attention. Some of it will land. What lands, you keep.
TOUCH
When someone you love is having a hard day, reach over and touch their soul. A hug, a pat, a kiss — drawn with a finger, felt on the other side. Not a like and not a reply: care without having to find the words for it, which is often the moment words are hardest.
WHAT YOU ARE WORKING TOWARD
Every soul holds one thing it is working toward. Kindness, to begin with — more care, more patience, more generosity toward the people around you than yesterday. There is nothing to complete; the writing simply bends toward whichever you hold, and quietly keeps count of how long you have been at it. Nobody becomes kinder in a week. A year of small noticing does something a resolution never does.
NOT A SCORE, NOT A STREAK
Nothing to keep up. Miss a week and nothing is lost or broken; your soul is quieter and dimmer when you come back, and brightens as you do. Over months the days gather into something you can look back through — day by day, week by week, month by month. The shape of a season, in a form you can see.
What a soul-mate never sees is your writing. The message and the essay stay between you and your soul, unless you choose to share one yourself — as a link you can take back at any time.
SoulDay is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for care. It does not diagnose, treat or advise, and nothing you enter is escalated or reported. It notices, and it reflects you back, and it hopes that helps.
SOULDAY+
SoulDay is free, and most of it stays free. SoulDay+ is an optional subscription that opens the rest.
SoulDay+ includes:
• Every soul objective, not only the ones that are free
• A larger circle of soul-mates
• Your soul keeps its light while you are away
• Any past day in full — the soul you were that day, and what was written
SoulDay+ is an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you have paid for.
YOUR RECORD IS YOURS
Your emotional life is treated as sensitive information, because that is what it is. There are no ads here, no data brokers, and nothing about you is sold. You can clear your record and keep your account, or close the account entirely — from Settings, or from soulday.ai/delete-account if you can no longer sign in. How long the last traces take to clear is set out plainly in the privacy policy.
SoulDay is available in nine languages. It is for adults, and is currently available in the United States.
