This is not an altimeter that pretends to be exact. GPS, barometer, and your calibration anchor are shown separately. If the uncertainty is large, you will not get a fake integer.

Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, the weekly charge continues after the trial. Readings include uncertainty and are not a surveying product.
