Lead is the phone companion to the Lead platform by Calmon Digital. It requires an account provided by your service provider — accounts are created for you, and there is no sign-up in the app.

WHEN A NEW LEAD LANDS A notification names the customer. Tap it and you are on their record: name, phone, email, and exactly what they asked for. Tap the number to call, or text back without leaving the app.

PIPELINE Every lead grouped by stage, with unread ones flagged. Search by name or number, pull to refresh, and move a lead to the next stage in two taps. Leads that turn out to be nothing get filed out of the way, restorable until their history is cleared.

LEAD DETAIL Contact details wired to the dialer, your email app, and your messages. The customer's own answers from the form or chat that produced them, any photos they sent, your private notes, and a single timeline of every message, call, and change on the record.

CONVERSATIONS An inbox of live threads, oldest waiting at the top. Open one, read the whole history, and reply. Follow-up sequences can be paused on any lead the moment a real conversation starts.

APPOINTMENTS Everything booked, by day, in your business's own time zone. Book a new one against an existing customer or a new name, move it, or cancel it.

OFFERS AND CODES For accounts that run campaigns: build an offer, choose who receives it, and check or redeem a customer's code at the counter — with an undo if you burn one by mistake.

NOTIFICATIONS New leads, inbound texts, and missed calls, on this device. Per-device, and switchable per event and per channel for the whole account. Alerts stay off until you turn them on.
