WHAT THE AI DOES

• Turns what you said into a written line, with the trade and how urgent it is, ready for you to check.
• Keeps every photo on the item it belongs to: a wide shot to show where, a close-up to show what, all on one line.
• Hears a room name once and tags everything after it to that room until you name another.
• Groups the report by room for whoever does the work and by trade for whoever prices it.
• Writes the report in the language your client reads, whatever language you spoke on site.

WHAT YOU DO

• Circle things with your finger to show exactly what you mean.
• Stamp a photo with the time, address and coordinates when it has to stand as evidence.
• Check every line. The AI drafts, you sign, and the report carries your name.

WHERE IT PAYS FOR ITSELF

• Bidding. Send the scope of work from the truck, with a photo on every line. A bid that arrives the same afternoon and shows exactly what was seen is an easy one to say yes to.
• Keeping the client. A photographed report after every visit shows the client what they paid for. That is the client who sends the next job.
• Punch lists. A list the builder works through rather than files, room by room, every item photographed and circled.
• Before and after. Photograph what you found, say what you did, and the report records both.
• Evidence. Move-in and move-out condition, pre-construction records and defect claims, dated and located, in a document an owner or a court can read.

One document, two ways round. By area, in the order you walked it, for whoever is doing the work. By trade, for whoever is pricing it, which doubles as the split for sending work out to subs. Every line carries a two letter trade code, so the report still works photocopied in black and white.

Walk a property and send the report before signing in to anything. From your second walkthrough you sign in with Apple or Google, one tap and no password, and everything you have recorded comes with you onto every device you use.

WHAT IT COSTS

Walkthroughs are free and unlimited. Walking a property, photographing it and reading the finished report cost nothing, however many times you do it.

Each account sends one report a week free, covering up to 10 items. It is a complete report: nothing is blurred, watermarked or held back. Every report, free or paid, carries one line in the footer saying it was made with SayScope, beside your own name.

SayScope Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly: unlimited reports, every item on them. A single report can be bought outright instead. The subscription renews until you turn it off in your Apple Account settings.

AI writing has a fair-use allowance, counted in captures (one photo with its note): about 75 a week free, about 2,000 a month on Pro, shared across every phone signed in to your account.
