KSM — Kitesurf Social Management — is the app for kiters: spots and wind forecasts, community, trips, used-gear marketplace and progression, all in one place.

SPOTS & WEATHER • Nearly 3,000 kite spots worldwide, with search and filters. • Wind and weather forecast for every spot, up to 10 days ahead: wind-first meteogram, hourly table, wind rose, seasonal climatology and suggested kite size. • Animated wind map: see where it's blowing at a glance and find a spot straight from the map. • Favourites, reviews and photo galleries for spots; spots near you. • GPS check-in when you're at the spot: earn XP and badges. • GO alerts: set the conditions you care about (wind, direction, time window) and get a push notification when the spot is "go".

COMMUNITY • Feed and wall: posts with photos, sessions on the water, comments and the "Wave" (the kiters' like). • Friends and friend requests, kiter search and people suggestions, public profiles, school profiles. • In-app notifications with per-type preferences, plus push notifications on your phone (friend requests, Waves, comments, messages — managed from system permissions); insights on your activity. • Real-time direct messages, with delivery and read receipts, block and report. • Content reporting and moderation keep the community clean. • XP leaderboard and badges: check-ins, sessions and activity level you up.

TRAVEL • Catalogue of kite trips and camps with departures, details and availability. • Request your spot straight from the app and follow the status of your requests and bookings.

MARKETPLACE • Used-gear listings: kites, boards, bars, wetsuits and accessories, filtered by category, brand and model. • Publish your own listings with photos, receive and manage offers, mark as sold, leave and read reviews. • Favourites to keep an eye on the listings you like.

EVENTS, SCHOOLS, E-LEARNING • Community events with RSVP; propose your own event. • Directory of schools, instructors and coaches with profile and contacts. • E-learning library with lessons and tricks, favourites and progress (some content is reserved for KSM Plus subscribers).

YOUR PROFILE • Profile with photo, bio and sports; your quiver (gear) always up to date. • Shop order history and plan status. • Light/dark/auto theme, Italian/English, data export and account deletion from within the app.

KSM is available in English and Italian. A free account is required (14+). The app contains no ads and does not track users for advertising.
