Dawam (دوام) is an attendance and time-tracking companion app for employees of small and medium businesses in Kuwait and the GCC. It pairs with a web-based HR platform (dawamhr.co) used by the employer. Employees use it to clock in/out with GPS-verified location, view their attendance history and pay, and request leave. Managers and HR admins additionally review and approve leave requests and invite new team members. The app solves the problem of manual, paper-based or spreadsheet attendance tracking, which is unreliable and creates disputes over hours worked and leave balances.
