HESHE Stocker — mobile warehouse management for craft workshops, manufactures, fiber-optic crews, construction teams, and small service businesses. Whole team on their own phones, data syncs in real time, secured in the cloud (EU region).

WAREHOUSE IN YOUR POCKET — FOR THE WHOLE TEAM Add parts with photo, category, SKU and bin location. Every team member sees the live state on their own phone. Pickup a part with one tap — the manager sees that change on their own phone.

SPREADSHEET IMPORT (EXCEL, CSV) Warehouse already in a spreadsheet? Upload the file instead of typing it in on the phone. The app recognises the columns and shows a preview before anything is saved. For items you already have it asks: skip or overwrite. Reads .xlsx and .csv. Required columns: name and BOX, everything else optional. Up to 2000 rows per import. The import needs an internet connection.

MULTI-PROJECT — EVERY PROJECT HAS ITS OWN WAREHOUSE Perfect for companies running multiple contracts / job sites / projects in parallel. Telecom contractors, fiber crews, construction firms, multi-shop retail — every project = own warehouse, own shortages, own shopping list. Switcher at the top of the screen — one tap = different project.

PRODUCTS AND BOM (BILL OF MATERIALS) Build a list of deliverables (e.g. "FTTH apartment connected"), define components needed to assemble. Order automatically expands into needed parts. Instantly see what you have, what's missing, what to order.

ORDERS WITH CHECKLISTS Every order has its status (new / in progress / done / cancelled), customer, deadline, notes. Worker ticks off used parts — warehouse auto-updates from the BOM. PDF export of completed work order with one click.

SERIAL NUMBERS FOR DELIVERED UNITS Record frame, motor, battery, splice or splitter serials — whatever you need. A year later, when a customer reports a fault, you enter the serial and instantly see when ordered, for whom, who built it. No more digging through paper folders.

APP LOCK (BIOMETRIC + PIN) Optional in-app lock — fingerprint or Face ID + a 4–6 digit PIN. If someone picks up your unlocked phone, they can't see your warehouse, customers or quotes. Biometric data never leaves the device.

TEAM ROLES Two roles. Admin manages the team, the subscription and the full warehouse. Worker picks parts and fulfills orders, but can't change who's on the team. Inviting someone = one email with a magic link.

MOVEMENT HISTORY (AUDIT TRAIL) Every pickup, restock and correction is logged: who, when, how much, on which project. No more "I don't know where that screw went".

SHOPPING LIST AUTO-GENERATED From parts below low-stock threshold. "Ordered" / "received" markers — warehouse auto-fills on receipt.

VOICE SEARCH Don't take off work gloves. Mic + "fiber cable 12J" + done.

DATA IN THE EUROPEAN UNION Servers in Frankfurt. Warehouse data is not stored outside the EU. JSON export with one click (GDPR Art. 20). Account deletion in-app (GDPR Art. 17).

SECURITY TLS 1.2+, Row-Level Security on Postgres — your data is technically isolated from other companies. Bcrypt password hashing. No ads, no trackers, no data selling.
