PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your log stays on your devices. No account. Optional automatic iCloud Drive backup keeps a mergeable copy for your devices. Export CSV or JSON any time. Natural-language entry runs on-device on supported iPhones and always shows a preview before saving.
