Vanbitxa

Vanbitxa is a results ledger designed for users. It combines expenses, projects, key contributions, descriptions, and verifiable images into a single record, allowing annual reviews to see the progress of invested funds, not just a string of amounts.

In the Evidence field, click "Add Evidence," fill in the name, amount, project, contribution points, and supporting documentation. You can use "Capture Proof" to take photos of the evidence or "Choose Proof" to select an existing image. After clicking "Seal Entry," the number of reusable documents and annual documentation coverage will update with each record.

Each record can be tagged as an expense, milestone, or material, and associated with contribution points. Projects aggregates project inputs, contributions, documentation, and materials; Archive displays the accumulation of contributions and documentation by month, facilitating the retrieval of original evidence during reviews, consolidation, or handover. It's ideal for managing daily expenses, interim results, and reusable materials in one place. You can view the whereabouts of your investments from recent records and compare the accumulation from both project and annual perspectives.
