Wax Ball is not the usual merge puzzle. Every ball falls sealed in wax, and nothing merges until its shell is gone. Drop it, let it hit, watch the cracks spread — and when the shell splits open, the squishy inside is revealed. Opening the pile is the game.

■ A LOOP NO OTHER MERGE GAME HAS · Every squishy arrives wrapped in wax. Each impact cracks the shell a little more. · When a shell shatters, the burst shoves the balls around it outward. · Two freed squishies of the same grade merge on touch. Sealed balls never merge. · The merge sends out a shockwave that cracks the wax nearby. · And the newborn comes out wrapped in tougher wax. Back to the start.
