DATA PLAN Set your monthly cellular allowance and billing day — Usage! tracks measured usage against it with a per-day budget.

WIDGETS Note on live speeds: iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule, so there is no live network-speed tile — live up and down speeds are in the app's Network Activity card. The widgets cover daily data totals instead.

Storage, memory and charge are measured by the tile itself each time iOS refreshes it. Data totals and history timelines are built from Usage!'s own samples — they fill in while the app is open, not in the background. iOS sets the refresh pace, so opening Usage! is still the fastest way to bring every tile up to date.

Twenty-two tiles across fifteen picker rows, one pile per metric: a small glance and a medium panel for each, a 48-slot history strip for five, a Batteries pair, and three Lock Screen accessories. Tiles follow your card configuration, so a gauge you changed on a card changes on the Home Screen too.

NOTHING RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND Usage! samples only while it is open. It schedules no background work and keeps no timer running behind you, so it cannot quietly flatten your battery. Worth knowing before you buy: history fills in while you use the app, not while it is closed.

WHAT iOS DOES NOT GIVE ANY APP Network figures are byte counters read from the device's network interfaces. They cover everything the device sends and receives — including system services — so they usually read a little higher than the per-app totals in Settings, and are not a substitute for your carrier's bill.

iOS does not expose battery health, maximum capacity or cycle count to third-party apps. The mAh figure is an estimate — your model's design capacity times the current charge level.

Also closed to every third-party app: CPU or battery temperature in degrees, per-app CPU and memory breakdowns, and AirPods / Apple Watch levels. Usage! does not claim any of them.

BLUETOOTH ACCESSORIES (OPTIONAL, OFF BY DEFAULT) Turn it on in Preferences and the Batteries tiles also show the charge of accessories you are already connected to. Usage! reads only the standard Battery Service they publish — it never scans, never pairs, and the readings stay on your iPhone.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything is measured and stored on your device. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no data collection, no servers of ours. Turn on Cloud Sync and your card settings, order and theme travel through your own private iCloud storage — measurement history never does.

FREE, WITH NO TIME LIMIT Every card with its live figures and gauges, the Data Plan tracker, the Original theme, all per-card graph, density, threshold, unit and refresh settings, the Memory history strip on the card and as a widget, the small Battery tile and the medium Network Data panel. No account, no trial clock, no ads.

USAGE! PRO Adds history timelines on the other five cards, the other four dither themes (app-wide or per card), iCloud sync of your layout and settings, and the remaining nineteen widget tiles. One payment unlocks it forever — nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
