GoTCMHUB is the patient app for TCMHUB — 國醫匯中醫館 — a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic with three locations in the Bay Area.

If you already visit us, this app replaces the phone call.

BOOK AND RESCHEDULE • Book a visit at any of our three clinics — pick the treatment, the practitioner, and a time that works • Reschedule or cancel without calling the front desk • Your next appointment is the first thing you see, with your recent visits listed underneath • Online booking starts from tomorrow. For a visit today, please call the clinic.

NEVER MISS A VISIT • Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment • Sent as a notification and a text message, so one missed alert is not a missed visit • All times are shown in clinic time, with a badge if your phone is set to a different time zone

YOUR TREATMENT PACKAGE • See how many sessions are left in your prepaid package at a glance • Buy a prepaid package in the app. The sessions are used in person at the clinic, and you can still buy one at the front desk. • Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered in Stripe's own payment sheet and are never seen by the app or by the clinic. • Family sharing: members you add confirm on their own phone before they can use your package. Members must be 18 or older.

MESSAGE THE CLINIC • Write to the front desk about scheduling, hours or your account, and read the replies in one thread • An assistant can look up open times, your points and your package balance, and help you book, reschedule or cancel. It only suggests — nothing is booked, moved or cancelled until you tap Confirm. • For symptoms, medication or anything about your treatment, call the clinic. The assistant does not give medical advice.

MEMBERSHIP • Your Vital Energy Points and Wellness Journey tier, updated after each visit • Show your member code at the front desk to check in — it's on your membership screen in the app • Share your referral code with family and friends

SIGN IN WITHOUT A PASSWORD • Enter your mobile number and the code we text you. Nothing to remember, nothing to leak.

YOUR RECORD, YOUR CONTROL • Turn clinic news on or off yourself • Delete your app account from Settings at any time. Your medical record is retained separately, as California law requires of licensed healthcare providers.
