THEIR YEAR, IN ORDER • Snap a worksheet, a project, a field trip, a milestone - with the camera, the document scanner or your photo library - and it's filed by student, subject, date and type. • Add more than one photo to a keepsake; photos are scaled down and stripped of location data before they're saved. • Browse the scrapbook by month, filter by subject or type, and share a single keepsake as a taped polaroid card.

RECORDS, PRINT-READY • Evaluator packet: attendance, hours, subjects and the work itself, laid out as a PDF to hand over, email or print. • Attendance log (calendar or list), subject summary, and a notice-of-intent letter. • Optional grades stay private - they appear only in the PDFs you choose to export, never on anything you share.
