Loads, drivers and paperwork
The load board, the truck's location and the delivery paperwork in one place — so a load gets from booked to delivered without a single check-in call.
Lumost is the mobile side of a freight dispatch platform. It puts the load board, the truck's location and the delivery paperwork in one place, so a load moves from booked to delivered without the phone calls, texts and photos-by-message that usually hold it together.
The app opens on the screen that matches your role — shipper, carrier owner or driver — and shows only what that role is allowed to see.
FOR DRIVERS
• See every load assigned to you, with pickup and delivery addresses, appointment times, equipment, commodity, hazmat flags and dispatch instructions.
• Receive the load confirmation on your phone when you are near the pickup, so the details reach the driver who is actually running the load.
• Open the pickup or delivery in your usual maps app in one tap.
• Share your location with dispatch and the shipper while you haul, so nobody has to call you for a check-in — you start it, and it stops on its own at the delivery.
• Mark arrived, picked up and delivered as you go; arrivals can register on their own when you reach the yard.
• Photograph the bill of lading and proof of delivery straight into the load. Captures are saved on the device first, so a photo taken in a dead zone still uploads once you have signal.
• Capture the receiver's signature on the screen at delivery.
FOR CARRIER OWNERS
• Work a live load board of what the shippers you are approved with have available, plus everything your company has booked and delivered.
• Filter by equipment, commodity, lane and pickup or delivery number to find the loads worth your trucks.
• Bid on a load or ask to haul it, and accept the load confirmation with the pay terms you chose.
• Build your driver roster — add a driver with their mobile number and they can sign in to the app.
• Assign or change the driver on a load from your phone, and see who is on each one.
• Send onboarding documents to a new shipper and replace any that come back rejected.
• Track pay status on delivered loads, and keep your own ACH settlement details up to date. Bank details are stored encrypted.
FOR SHIPPERS
• Watch the loads you have assigned to a carrier, including the ones in flight.
• See carrier requests and bids that are waiting on your decision.
BUILT FOR THE WAY FREIGHT ACTUALLY RUNS
Sign in with your work email or your mobile number — a code by text, no extra password to remember. Light and dark themes follow your phone, or you can pick one. Push notifications tell you when a load needs a driver, a load's status changes, or your request to haul one is answered.
ABOUT ACCOUNTS
Lumost accounts are issued by the company you work with. Your shipper or your carrier's dispatcher sets you up before you sign in — there is no public sign-up inside the app. If sign-in tells you the account is not ready, contact your dispatcher.
ABOUT LOCATION
Lumost collects location in the background only while a signed-in driver has an assigned load in transit, and only after that driver turns tracking on for that load. It stops by itself when the truck reaches the delivery or the load is marked delivered, and the driver can stop it at any time from the load screen. A notification stays visible the whole time it is running. Location is not collected when you are off duty or between loads, and it is never used for advertising.
You can delete your account, your details and your sign-in from inside the app at any time, under Settings.
