My Bistro is a hands-on restaurant tycoon in full 3D. You place every table, hire every cook, set every price and pay every bill yourself. Nothing runs on its own until you build the crew that makes it run.

FIVE KITCHENS, ONE AT A TIME Start with pizza. Earn your way up and open a burger grill, then pasta, then kebab, then a sushi bar — one new kitchen per level, six levels from Street Bite to Gastronomy Giant. Each kitchen has its own equipment, its own ingredient bins and its own signature dish.

DESIGN THE ROOM Pick up any table, chair, oven or counter and drop it where you want it. Raise walls, glaze them, hang a door. Paint, decorate, buy the plot next door and push the dining room out into it. Guests walk real paths — block a walkway and they will tell you about it.

RUN A REAL BUSINESS Order ingredients the night before and they arrive at dawn. Watch the cold storage so nothing spoils. Salaries land every Monday, rent on the 15th, bills on the 20th and 25th — pay them by hand from the calendar or watch your credit line disappear. Take a loan when you have to. Read the ledger when things go wrong.

BUILD YOUR CREW Chefs, kitchen assistants, waiters, cleaners, couriers and a dedicated sushi chef. Give raises, send them to training, and find the one bottleneck that is actually costing you money — the game tells you which one it is.

EARN YOUR REPUTATION Every day gets a performance card: who waited too long, who left, what the reviews said. Reputation moves once a day, earned or lost, and it decides how many guests walk through your door tomorrow. Keep the place clean, feed the critics well, and the Gastronomy award is within reach.
