The schedule builds itself: Voicing suggests who plays, respecting the rotation, who said they can’t make it and who is already booked in another group.

Voicing organizes the schedule for people who play together: a band, a worship team, a music group or a choir. Who plays, when, which song and in what key. All in one place, instead of three chat groups and a spreadsheet nobody opens.

BUILD THE SCHEDULE IN MINUTES The engine suggests the line-up by looking at who has played a lot, who has gone quiet, who said they can’t make it and who covers each role. You adjust whatever you want before publishing; the last word is always the leader’s.

EVERYONE CONFIRMS ATTENDANCE People get the notice on their phone and confirm in one tap, and whoever can’t make it says so beforehand, not on the day. The leader sees the whole schedule and knows where people are missing.

SONGS WITH KEY, CHARTS AND AUDIO Each song holds its key, tempo, chord chart and a link to the audio. The chart transposes on the spot to the singer’s key, and stage mode makes the lyrics large without the screen going dark mid-song.

PRACTISE AT HOME FIRST Each member marks the songs they have already worked on. The leader walks into rehearsal knowing where to start, instead of finding out halfway through that nobody learned the new song.

FOLLOW THE TEAM WITH CARE Attendance, absences, late arrivals and rotation, per person and per role. No ranking and no scores: it exists so you can see who is drifting away before you lose them.

GROUP NOTICES A message from the leadership arrives as a notification, and doesn’t depend on who happened to read the chat group.

SEVERAL TEAMS IN ONE ACCOUNT On the Max plan, each team has its own calendar, songs and schedule, with the leadership seeing everything. It fits a church with worship, youth and kids, and it fits anyone who plays in more than one project.

PLANS Voicing is free for up to 10 people, with every feature. Above that, the plan belongs to the group and not to a person: whoever pays can be changed, and someone leaving the group doesn’t take the plan with them.

Subscriptions: Essencial (up to 50), Pro (up to 100) and Max (up to 2,000, with subgroups), billed monthly or yearly. Billing goes through your store account, renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings.
