Ride Vitals offers a streamlined way to monitor the status of your vehicles, whether cars or motorcycles. Upon first launch, the app guides you through selecting the vehicle type, entering basic details, and customizing a 3D model with your preferred color and style. You can manage multiple vehicles, set an active vehicle for tracking, update mileage and history, and view daily usage habits alongside progress toward mileage milestones. The dashboard displays maintenance health metrics and quick alerts regarding upcoming service items, documents requiring attention, monthly expenses, and estimated oil wear based on driving conditions. The maintenance section automatically generates a checklist based on vehicle and fuel type, tracks service intervals by mileage or time, records service details (parts, labor, warranty, attachments), and provides a 3D view to pin maintenance tasks to specific vehicle areas. Documents such as registration, inspections, insurance, road taxes, and driver's licenses are stored with expiration dates; the app provides customizable advance reminders, renewal support, and history logs. Ownership costs—covering fuel, maintenance, repairs, documentation, and other items—are visualized through breakdown charts, monthly trends, cost-per-kilometer metrics, and estimated depreciation, with alerts if repair costs become high relative to the vehicle's residual value. An "oil stress factor" estimates accelerated wear from city or mixed driving and adjusts the oil change schedule accordingly (excluding electric vehicles). The app features a centralized notification hub for maintenance, documents, and recurring manual reminders; it supports light and dark modes and stores all data locally on your device, allowing full functionality without requiring an account or server connection.
