Each report captures the service provider name, report status (unpaid, fraud, late payment, or other), amount, date of service, and a description. Users can support reports to flag shared concerns. The platform includes authentication, a user dashboard, and a reporting microservice. Users sign up with their name, company name, email, phone, and company type. All report data is linked to the creator and can be updated by authorized users.
