Pair a device in seconds by scanning a QR code — no accounts to create, no passwords to type. Your administrator decides which capture buttons each device sees, so the app stays as simple as a camera. Automatic edge detection crops and straightens every page, multi-page documents go in one pass, and PDFs from Mail or any other app can be shared straight into Atlas.

Follow every document

Watch processing live, from upload to extraction to done. When a workflow needs a human decision, approve or reject right on the device. Result screens show exactly the fields your back office configured, and open tasks stay pinned to the top of your history with a badge — nothing gets missed, nothing gets buried.

Works where you work

No coverage in the warehouse? Captures queue safely on the device and send themselves the moment the connection returns. Scenarios can attach the capture location when your workflow needs it. An optional Face ID lock protects shared or pocketed devices. Available in English, French, Dutch, German, Norwegian and Danish.

Secure by design

Pairing tokens live only in the iOS Keychain. Documents travel only to your organization's own Atlas server — no third-party services, no analytics, no tracking.

Atlas Mobile is the companion app for Atlas by Docned Business Solutions. Using it requires an Atlas environment for your organization; your administrator provides the pairing QR code.
