LEVEL FIELD

Blocks of different heights stand on a sheet. Make every square the same height and the plate is done. Any height will do.

Tap a square and it rises by one, while the four squares beside it drop by one. Heights wrap at three: a square pushed past the top falls all the way to zero.

That is the whole rule. Everything after it is deciding where to press, and in what order.
