iY2K was built differently. We bought a range of real older iPhone models and directly compared thousands of shots. This is not a filter made by guessing at the mood. We studied the noise, bloom, color and sharpness that gave each camera its character, then carefully rebuilt those details.

We kept the character and eased off the drawbacks. Harsh bloom and excessive noise are toned down, while the parts people love about older cameras stay. You can also bring in photos you have already taken and apply the old-phone look later.
