PBM DRILLS

The Performance-Based Measures reward familiarity more than any other section, and they're the hardest part to prepare for on paper.

• Tracking — hold a crosshair on a maneuvering target. Works on touch, and connect a gamepad or HOTAS stick for velocity control that matches the real test's input model. • UAV Orientation — a north-up map shows your heading and target while the camera view rotates to that heading. Identify the building at the called cardinal direction. • Dichotic Listening — different audio in each ear, respond only to your target ear, with the target ear switching partway through. Headphones required.
