Going plant-based rarely fails on willpower. It fails on logistics: the supermarket, the restaurant menu, and the recipe on TikTok with meat in it. Vego handles all three.

SWIPE YOUR WEEK INTO A GROCERY LIST Pick the cuisines you're craving, tell us what's in your kitchen, set a budget, and start swiping. Recipes are generated around your profile, not pulled from a fixed database, and they share ingredients so nothing rots in the fridge. A budget meter fills as you keep dishes, so you always know where you stand. Then everything merges into one list, grouped by supermarket section, with an estimated price on every line.

Store out of tahini? Tap the item and Vego swaps it, then rewrites the affected recipes.

VEGANIZE ANY RECIPE FROM TIKTOK OR INSTAGRAM Tap Share in TikTok or Instagram, pick Vego, and keep scrolling. It lands in your inbox and starts working. You get a side-by-side ledger: original ingredient on the left, your swap on the right, with the reason for each. Anything already fine stays as it is. Tap a swap to cycle alternatives, then save the full rewritten recipe, steps included. Any recipe page works too, just paste the link. Everything you save lands in your cookbook, ready to become next week's list.

SCAN THE MENU, KNOW WHAT TO ORDER Photograph the menu, up to six pages. Vego reads it against your profile and hands you Best bets with prices, plus the exact phrase to say to the waiter for dishes that need one small change. No more interrogating the kitchen before you order.

CHECK ANY PRODUCT IN THE AISLE Point the camera at a barcode and get a straight answer: fits your diet or it doesn't, and exactly which ingredient is the problem.

A PROFILE THAT REMEMBERS A two-minute quiz sets the line: what you'd never eat, what you love, allergies, and how you eat, from vegan and vegetarian to pescatarian or just cutting back. Every recipe, menu verdict and swap is built on it. Change your mind later and everything re-tunes.

SHOP TOGETHER, LIVE Share one list with your partner or flatmate. Both phones stay in sync, so you see every item they tick the second they tick it, and the list sits on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while you shop. Your profile and your recipes stay private.

WHO IT'S FOR Vegans tired of cooking the same six dinners. Vegetarians who want the meat out of recipes they already love. Anyone eating less meat without wanting a lecture about it. People cooking for a plant-based partner.

LANGUAGE AVAILABILITY The Vego interface is currently in English. Recipes, swaps and menu verdicts can be delivered in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese, chosen in Settings. Full interface localization is on the way.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED Vego requires a paid subscription. Recipe generation, grocery lists, menu and product scans and social recipe swaps are subscriber features. Pricing is shown in the app before any purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and unused time is non-refundable.
