DailyPushup is a five-minute daily push-up habit built around one simple move: nose taps for reps. No workout plans, no video coaching, just a counter that gets out of your way while you work.

WHAT YOU GET

• Nose-tap counting - a large on-screen button, plus a tick sound and haptic feedback on every rep.
• Daily goal with a progress ring, and a short celebration when you hit it.
• Streak tracking - see how many days in a row you have hit your goal.
• Monthly calendar history - a heatmap of every day you trained, with a day-by-day rep list.
• Pace Mode - a metronome counts your reps for you at a tempo you choose, from 2 to 5 seconds per rep, with a countdown to start and pause and resume mid-set.
• Daily reminder - a local notification at a time you pick. We only ask for notification permission when you turn the reminder on in Settings, never on launch.
