TLI Tracking

Built for drivers hauling TLI freight: enter your load number, photograph the BOL at pickup and delivery, and let dispatch see your progress without a check-in call.

TLI Tracking keeps drivers and dispatch on the same page from pickup through delivery.

The app is built for drivers hauling freight arranged by Transport Logistics, Inc. It replaces check-in calls with automatic progress updates, and replaces paper shuffling with photographed proof of pickup and delivery captured on the spot.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

TLI Tracking is intended only for drivers who have been assigned a load by Transport Logistics, Inc. You will need a valid load order number from TLI to use it. The app has no function without one.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter your name and your company name once. The app remembers them for future loads.
2. Enter the load order number TLI gave you. The app pulls up the shipment so you can confirm the BOL number, pickup, and destination before you commit.
3. Photograph the Bill of Lading at pickup and enter your trailer number.
4. Drive. The app reports your progress to TLI in the background so dispatch and the customer can see where the freight is, without you having to call in.
5. When you get close to the delivery address, the app recognizes you have arrived and unlocks the delivery step.
6. Photograph the Bill of Lading at delivery. The load closes out and tracking stops.

If you lose signal, nothing is lost. Photos and updates are queued on your device and sent automatically once you are back in coverage.

LOCATION

TLI Tracking collects location data to report shipment progress and to detect arrival at the delivery address automatically. This happens even when the app is closed or not in use.

Location is only collected while you are carrying an active load. It starts when you confirm pickup and stops as soon as delivery is confirmed. Between loads, the app does not track you.

Location data is used to run the shipment and is deleted about 30 days after delivery. It is never sold, never shared with data brokers, and never used for advertising.

PERMISSIONS

Location, including background location, for shipment progress and arrival detection during an active load. Camera, to photograph the Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery. Notifications, to show tracking status and alert you when tracking needs attention.
