Daily briefs, labor, and P&L
Zairo turns your daily store reports into a morning brief your whole team can act on — drive-thru speed, labor, food cost, and schedules for every location you run.
Zairo is the operations system for restaurant groups — one app for the owner, the area leader, and every general manager.
Each morning Zairo reads your store reports and writes a brief in plain English: what sold, where drive-thru times slipped, which store is running hot on labor, and the one thing each manager should fix today. No spreadsheet archaeology.
A BRIEF WRITTEN FOR YOUR SEAT
Owners see the whole market ranked. Area leaders see their stores ordered by who needs a visit first. General managers see their store, yesterday's numbers, and a single focus for the shift. Same data, three different jobs.
LIVE STORE KPIs
Sales against forecast, speed of service, drive-thru seconds, labor percent, food cost percent, and day-part detail — measured against the targets you set, not a generic benchmark. Ninety days of history sit behind every number, so "is this normal for a Tuesday?" is a question the app can answer.
SCHEDULING
Build the week, publish it by group, and let the AI scheduler propose a first draft from your sales forecast, your day parts, and your crew's availability. Team members open their own shifts on their own phone, claim open shifts, and file time-off requests.
OPERATIONS AND P&L
Inventory counts, between-store transfers, vendor invoices, and an itemized profit and loss statement built from the numbers you already file. Weekly reports and sales history export in one tap.
CAPTURE PAPER WITH YOUR CAMERA
Photograph a vendor invoice or a paper form. Zairo reads the vendor, the line items, and the total, files it against the right store, and routes it for approval. Paper documents you already have on file can be photographed and re-created as searchable records.
ASK ZAIRO
Ask the questions you would ask a district manager. "Why was Tuesday down?" "Which store has the worst lunch?" "How many people do I need Saturday?" Answers come from your own store history, not from the internet.
TEAM AND HR
Employee records, availability windows, time-off, a time clock with exportable timesheets, performance documentation, and a handbook assistant that answers policy questions in plain language.
ALERTS THAT ARE WORTH THE BUZZ
A drive-thru speed breach, a labor spike, or a record day arrives as a push notification tagged to the store that caused it — not buried in an email thread, and a morning brief lands the same way. Alert types are set per person, so nobody gets buzzed for something that is not theirs.
FACE ID
Enroll once and unlock with Face ID or Touch ID. Your sign-in is held in the device Keychain behind a biometric requirement, and your face or fingerprint never leaves the device — Zairo never sees it.
SHARE ANYTHING
Every schedule, report, timesheet, and export opens in the standard iOS share sheet. Print it, AirDrop it, save it to Files, or send it straight to your accountant.
BUILT FOR MULTI-UNIT OPERATORS
Roles are enforced on the server, not in the interface. A general manager sees their store. An area leader sees their area. An owner sees their market. Data never crosses between companies.
SPANISH FOR THE CREW
The scheduling and team side of Zairo switches to Spanish with one tap, per person — sign-in, the week grid, shifts, availability, and time-off all follow. Daily briefs and alerts sent by text or push arrive in each user's chosen language.
ACCOUNTS
Zairo accounts are created and managed by your company. If you work for a restaurant group that uses Zairo, ask your operations lead for access.
