The application enables roadside tyre workshop owners, known as Wheel Xperts, to digitally register with CEAT, inspect vehicles, capture tyre-replacement opportunities and track leads throughout the sales journey.

Wheel Xperts can create leads immediately after inspecting a customer’s vehicle, follow their progress, record completed tyre sales and view the reward points earned from approved conversions.

Team Leaders can monitor Wheel Xpert performance, prioritise hot leads, update lead information, allot leads to mapped Dealers and approve or reject submitted sales proofs.

Dealers can access allotted leads, contact customers, record completed tyre sales and submit invoice details for approval.

Administrators can approve Wheel Xpert registrations, manage users and Dealer mappings, configure the default Dealer and access business reports.
