Meadowling is a multiplication-tables practice game where every right answer makes something grow: a flower, an apple tree, a whole meadow. Built for Australian kids working on their times tables (ages 8–10, or any age still learning them), aligned to the Australian Curriculum v9.0 (ACARA) Year 3 and Year 4 multiplication content at launch — with addition, subtraction, division and broader coverage rolling out in future updates.

• Pick your Meadowling (your magic creature) — Sproutling, Ember, Dewdrop, or Cloudpuff — then choose your first pet companion • Plant seeds in your meadow by pressing and holding the ground • Solve multiplication problems — times tables from 2 to 10 — and watch your plants grow stage by stage • Harvest grown plants for gems — emeralds, sapphires and rubies — to trade for coins; bigger plants and storm-touched mystic plants give rarer gems, and a hot answer streak can upgrade your next gem a tier • Trade gems for coins; buy eggs in the shop — six kinds, from everyday to rare — with hatch chances shown before purchase. — HOW THE MATHS ADAPTS —

Meadowling's adaptive engine scaffolds every multiplication fact your child has met. It uses per-fact mastery and spaced repetition: a fact your child knows well comes back at widening intervals (1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60 days), while a tricky one comes back sooner.

Wrong answers are corrected gently, with no penalty — the fact simply comes back sooner.

Your child never sees their own score or level. They just see their meadow growing and their pets hatching while the multiplication practice gets right-sized to where they are. Each fact is tracked on its own — fluency in one direction doesn't guarantee fluency in the other.

Parents can check mastery progress at a glance.
