FuelIQX is a nutrition tracking app built for athletes training across multiple sports, not a general calorie counter adapted for fitness use. It covers seven sport categories: Running, Gym, Tennis, Basketball, Swimming, Soccer, and Football, and adjusts daily nutrition targets based on the specific session logged rather than a fixed number set once and left unchanged.

The Athletics tab connects training data directly to nutrition. Users log sport, session type, and intensity, and the app recalculates targets accordingly. A Ready Score reflects fueling and recovery based on recent training load, giving a single readout on whether the body is prepared to train.

Macros are color-coded across carbohydrates, protein, and fat for fast reading without extra taps. An AI Coach answers nutrition questions using actual logged training data rather than generic advice applied to every user.

FuelIQX is built for runners who lift, swimmers with strength programs, and multi-sport athletes whose nutrition needs shift week to week depending on training volume. It does not include general wellness content, diet plans, or weight loss programs. Its scope stays limited to nutrition in relation to athletic training and performance.
