Alpha AI Indoor Inspection

Alpha AI Indoor Inspection is the field app for building inspection teams and the contractors who carry out the repairs.

Capture a defect in seconds. Photograph it, classify it by element, type, trade and severity, and pin it to the floor plan of the building you are standing in. Up to eight photos per defect, all normalised for the report.

Works where the signal does not. Defects and repair photos are saved on the phone and uploaded when you have a connection again. Nothing waits on a bar of signal, and nothing is lost in a stairwell or a basement.

Track every repair to a close. Set a rectification deadline, assign a contractor, and follow the defect through in progress, awaiting review and endorsed. Overdue work is flagged.

A view that fits the job. Project and technical services teams get the full workspace — capture, floor plans, reports and accounts. Contractors get a simpler app: the defects assigned to them, a photo box to record the repair, and their own record of what they have submitted.
